Her previous approach involved manual diagnostics: sending spreadsheets, chasing responses, and spending hours compiling results into presentable reports. She needed a platform that would:

The Solution
We built a dual-sided platform that works as hard as Jess does. On one side, an admin portal gives her complete control over the diagnostic framework. On the other, a frictionless survey experience ensures high completion rates from busy executives.For Jess: The Admin Portal
The admin interface became Jess's command center for lead generation. She can configure her entire diagnostic framework—the four core business domains (Leadership & Strategic Intent, Risk Management, Customer Experience, and more), the categories within each, and the specific questions that reveal maturity gaps.Rather than building rigid templates, we gave her flexibility. She can bulk-import question banks from Excel spreadsheets, validate them before publishing, and create weighted scoring models that reflect her consultancy methodology. When she's ready to send a diagnostic, she selects a template, chooses contacts from her CRM, and the system handles the rest—generating secure single-use links, sending polished invitations via email, and tracking completion status in real-time.The reporting dashboard shows her at a glance which diagnostics are pending, completed, or abandoned. One-click reminders keep response rates high, and when results come in, she can view comprehensive reports, export data to CSV for deeper analysis, or print professional PDFs to bring to client meetings.
